To all,

The potential for the planned December Red River HORIZONTAL test is much higher production than previous Red River tests. The Red River formation has been a high per centage producer. The horizontal test promises up to 4000 BOPD vs the current experience of 200 BOPD going by the recent experience of Berkley Petroleum in neighboring Saskachewan in identical Red River tests accross the border - check out BKP on the TSE in a week or two.

This should get things going.

Immediately after this test the company plans a Tyler ( deeper but higher producing formation by conventional drilling technique but also riskier than the very high probability Red River formation ) test.

The work in Montana has been successful and promises to get better over the next few years starting this December as described. Add to this the potential of the S-1 in Yemen which will take about 2 years to reach production, the normal time frame for this type of project.

The potential there is of course huge. The company does not hype or release non-factual unsubstantiated news so when they do release good news it will be reliable and the affect on the stock should be orderly and sustainable after the initial over-reaction. I would think this is what an investor would desire in order to know where he stands.

Currently, Transglobe is involved in its last participation in drilling in Block 32 in Yemen NOT, repeat NOT, to be confused with the S-1. This well was started early November and is still drilling. The S-1 will be based on extensive and expensive old and new 3-D seismic, known for its pin-point accuracy in this type of geology. The block 32 drilling is based on older 2-D less accurate less expensive seismic and interpretation of a projection of a neighboring prolific trend. Block 32 is however considered a high risk play and that is why Transglobe took a limited 8% participation.

Enjoy and rejoice in the competent and conservative management of Ross O. Clarkson all of you INVESTORS. Please don't be alarmed by the UNDERwhelming rhetorical criticisims by d'Licker. Who says that Transglobe will be delisted from NASDAQ? Its TSE listing will confer added respectability and credibility and additional liquidity for the stock which means better executions of trades on any listed exchange. This is a positive. Do yourselves a favor; ignore the "Profit from Doom"!

Good investing and great luck including "Doomer d'Licker",

AliB
