True, O.H., they record the net of any buys and sells for the prior 3 months, but since one number gets dropped off the end and one added on to the front, we can never tell exactly what has been happenning in the prior week.

I looked closely at the numbers when the apparent percentage changed from 35% to 30% (maybe Kim is talking about a different time frame) and concluded it was with the outstanding share number used by MG, independent of what they may have listed for the numbers - they just began using total with the escrowed shares at that time. The percentage change in the ownership would have translated into more shares than were traded over the prior week, if memory serves me correctly. MG is a great source, but they frequently have the numbers messed up.
