Richaaard - I got the .13 microns from an article written by Richard Foster, President of JMAR Technology, that appeared in the SAL newsletter. Here is a link to that article: techstocks.com I have not verified whether or not they have done .13 as yet - I was taking it for granted that they had. I'll try to verify it as soon as I can. Betty
