Of course you can, Ten! The money went directly to make JOBS. That's how it WORKS. Our men had jobs creating dead Nazis while our women had jobs a Rosie the riveter!

We had full employment! The fact that it was for war was incidental. Not that I approve of the WAY Obama spent the stimulus.
