Yes, but then I can argue that revenue would have been even lower had it not been for the stimulative tax cuts.

That's not inode's argument...he says revenue "went up"

In any case the "dog are my homework" argument doesn't fly here...the recession was mild and short...at lease we should see
a quick rebound in revenue...doesn't happen for five years after the recession is over and then it's two years of corporate taxes that rebound before the whole thing collapses again.
