How did China do in world champion sprinting, chess and basketball? [not women's - open class]. Those were the things I mentioned. India and Mars are irrelevant. Women are an ill-defined group - "You have to be kind of like a girl, but we don't really have good tests of what's a woman or not. I know one when I see one". There's a woman who is quite bloke-like who is cleaning up in women's running. Best to keep the competition fair - all comers welcome.

Of course, once genetic manipulation gets revved up, and some people start to look remarkably like a dolphin [swimming races] or hippopotamus [sumo] things will get tricky. High jumpers will have long arms with webs making them look remarkably airborne, like a pterodactyl. They'll sprint down the track, then launch and use the momentum and arm flapping to loft them selves up metres. Similarly for the long jump - some DNA from flying fish or bats would help heaps.
