Yeah, greed seems to be an exponential function! When I sold my house in CA, at the time worth 5X it's mortgage value, I WRESTLED with my own greed, which was whispering, "It could easily go to 6 or 7 times the mortgage value! Don't be a CHUMP!"

My greed got support on this thread. I did sell about a year too early to catch the top, but better a year too early than FOREVER late!
