layers of lawyers advertising on TV I, too, am in WA and burn while watching TV. I'm needing a joint replacement and one or more law firms are laboring to make them more prohibitively expensive. Compensatory damages are reasonable in some circumstances. Punitive damages are asinine. And the stupid boobs who sit in our legislature are busy buying votes elsewhere.
