Hinduism, Buddhism and Christianity all provide different and contradictory answers to life's most important questions. Who/what is God? Who/what is Man? What is "good"? What is "evil"? How can I be reconciled with God? Any attempt to reconcile the fundamentally different answers to these questions is doomed to failure, or irrational and dishonest word games, but that's really beside the point. If ALL "Reality is an Illusion" we could not even function, never mind escaping the illusion. Notice that even the full blown solipsist looks both ways before they cross the street.
