For a variety of reasons, the Japanese take comfort from govt action. They're confident the govt will be able to stave off any economic ills that come their way. Their markets have been even more overvalued than the DOW for a quite a while. They tend to be bulls. Probably because they never experienced a 1929. Despite what they may think, the failure of of the No 10 bank is not good news.
