I am not connected in any way with Mork, Kugler,Smartin, or anyone else,.... say what you like...but Morgan and or Breton have some questions they need to answer. you can bull shit all you want, but it does not change the basic problems.... how many shares will be available , how many are available, and how many does everyone have .
all the rest of these post don't make a lot of sense unless someone is covering something up.:>

I make no claims on any truth here. But Mork has told me that The Reg-S offering of 13,100,000 shares should have been an off-shore transaction
Now we're getting somewhere! Previously, you've referred to "reg s/off-shore shares" and now you say "should have been an off-shore transaction"!! So your previous "fact" (never documented) is now just a guess, a stab in the dark. What's your motive? |
