We hardcore DuMMers usually spell it with a U, and will not be happy with anything less than the 11.something it traded at before this six-month moratorium started oh so many years ago Limbo would be a nice positive change, from our point of view, still crushed under this wall of worry since it tipped over on us, lol ... but will this small poor country really reject the chance of a clean safe modern mining industry - i don't think so, not forever ... possibly for somewhat longer than you can hold your breath, sure ... ... but by Christmas i think ... maybe even this very next Christmas
