Bullish 29.0%, up 4.6
Neutral 28.3%, up 0.3
Bearish 42.8%, down 4.9

Fewer bears this week, more bulls. Although the numbers are still heavily negative, I suspect that the survey were taken today they would be even more negative than they are.

On the other hand, the Investors Intelligence bears are increasing while the bulls are decreasing. This market is incredibly oversold. Either the global economy is in really really bad shape, or we should get some sort of a bounce soon.
