It depends on how long it will produce energy. Since the very first solar cell ever created by Bell Labs is STILL producing energy, I'd say ALL photovoltaic cells will pay for themselves and start producing FREE ENERGY over time.

Even a podunk, pencil-necked Arkansas accountant should be able to do THAT math!
