Eric, THIS morning I will be VERY ALERT to Emerson Radio (MSN) because I am heavily invested in MSN and they released VERY GOOD #'s after the Market closed on Friday. So I will address my attention in that direction today.

I have spoken with Mr. Stine & Mr. Shepard several times. I do not KNOW them.
However the source which first brought this startup company to my attention is also invested in FNTN. He is NOT a TRADER like I am, he holds most stocks for the LARGER profit which he expects to make 6 months, to 2 years down the road.
Now I DO TRADE, but sometimes in special situations I will hold a part of my position as is stated above. I will treat the Holding shares and the TRADING shares just as if they were two different srocks.

FNTN is one in which I have TRADED in and out of ( I think 3 times now) I am holding two positions at the present, ONE I will sell on as little as 10 to 20% profit. The other position is targeted for June or July of 98. Just to see if this company will get going, and by then I should be able to make a decision as to if FNTN is a stock which I would hold longer. I would ONLY add to that holding position IF the company gave me reason to.

I will post to your other questions later if I can find the time. I think I have a investment packet at my business but not here at home.
