LOL! (What does 'basic logic' have to do with the law or governmental operations? <GGG>)

And WHO SEZ that, say... bond holders have any higher priority call on 'guaranteed' revenues then, say, pensioners? Social Security recipients? The military? Etc., etc., etc.
