It's considered to be a very good program for detecting and removing malware and since it's portable, you can try to fix a computer that has been rendered almost inoperable. Quite a few of the latest rouge malware programs prevent you from executing most of your programs or hide them from you so you can't even try searching the net for solutions. I also use Spybot for an occasional scan and let it clean trackers.
