Hi lml,

I started posting my trades a while ago, and BDAZZ asked me to post updates, so now I have continued to do that assuming he would want me to.

I posted last year that I acquired the original 2012 Jan 40 calls in several batches for an average price of 5.27.

Several times in the last few months I have sold Jan 2012 50's as a hedge against those and then bought them back. It is a nice way to not sell and assume the full tax burden, still have an upside, and protect some gains. (At least the way I read the tea leaves.)

During one of those hedges I bought the 2012 60's, as a hedge against my hedge ($6.30).

I don't know if you should learn from me, because I rarely even attempt to do any kind of rigorous analysis of specific price targets and risk/reward scenarios.

I have liked leaps for Q, because I believe the fundamentals will force the price higher over the time period, but the short term fluctuations are anyones guess due to the turmoil (Libya, Japan, Greece... the Greece, then Greece again!) in the world, roiling the markets every few days (it seems) this Winter and Spring.

Good luck!

Dan D.
