The kind of slum lord I am-------filed evection papers on the last two tenants year and a half ago.
That brought up my average to 50 % no pay, and 25% formal evection, 25% late.........heh heh heh

Just quit renting.
Just paid taxes.
Just paid insurance.
Just tried to sell.
Just kept my sanity (close)
