Neeka:
I'll let someone else go for the difference of how much 3 or 25 megs is.

My question is are you sure you can get DSL? You said you were "up in the mountains". You must be quite a distance from what is called a "switching station". I recently was told by ATT that I can not get DSL at our cabin because I am more than ~15,000 feet from a switching station (we are about 6 miles or about 32,000'). We ran into this same issue years ago with my inlaws in that they were too far from a station. Just wondering.

As far as price if we could of got DSL it would of been $19.95 for first year.
