In Canada we don't have the same level of content you have in the USA but it's growing. I watch it on my computer, but you can watch it on your TV if you have the right set up. I don't know what you need cause I don't have a TV in the house. Netflix is streamed over your browser, I think it uses Silverlight, not sure, but nothing to install and the picture is very good, I would say DVD quality.
