So, we have the lesser of 2 evils...lets see. There will be 3.5 million shares sold in a secondary, there will be 100 million (approx.) of notes sold bearing high interest, and the convertable preferred is delayed for some period of time(?) yielding not 5% interest but rather 10 1/2 % interest, and dont forget, it will get converted eventually....and of course we still have no earnings and no revenues for at least 2 years, AND NEED TO RAISE MORE MONEY. Around 200 million more , if I remember correctly....you will cover in DEC '97 not '98, and you will cover at 8-11 dollars....see you then........;^)
