MedCare has applied for NASDAQ!

Hey Mickie; Welcome to the thread.

Sorry to cut in Harvey, but I thought I should get to this matter immediately since I've been following this particular area of the company with considerable interest.

You're right Mickie. MedCare does meet the listing requirements for NASDAQ; in fact they easily exceed them. The only thing that held the company back from filing for NASDAQ earlier, was that MCAR did NOT meet the asset requirements at that time.

From my conversations with the I/R department, I understand the company opted for increasing their cash position in order to collateralize their balance sheet rather than simply place a higher valuation on their existing asset base (as at that time).

I hope this answers your question.

By the way, MCAR also has roughly twice the number of stockholders required and of course, exceeds the minimum stock price also.

The bottom line is that the company has applied ... now it's a matter of time.

Sincerely,

Ray

PS: Again, Welcome to the thread.
