Exactly! And why are neither analagous to abortion? Here is why: Abortion is a dilemma. Integration an gay marriage are problems with specific solutions. Huge difference between a dilemma and a problem. A dilemma only has a choice. Existentialist's do best with dilemma's. problems have actual solutions. Example: Gunther Grass: tin drum: a French boy is the sole care taker of his 85 year old grandmother. Nazi's have invaded and he wants to go fight the Nazi's, but he doesn't want to leave his grandmother. What is the right answer. The right answer is whatever the boy decides to do. Dilemma's only have decisions. Problems have logical solutions.
