Judith,

I am participating in Farsight's Pilot Program. I also have two accounts (one margin, one IRA) at Waterhouse. While Waterhouse does charge $12 per trade on the web, and a good deal more for touch-tone or broker-assisted orders, Waterhouse offers all the other services that Farsight offers - bill payment, checking, ATM card, etc. - but almost entirely on better terms (example- no transaction fees on ATm withdrawals) and with lower fees (example- no IRA custodian fees). While I don't invest in OT:BB stocks myself, I have been told by Waterhouse staff that they do handle them.

Best wishes,
John
