Now here's somthing I never gave consideration to before now, where are they going to come up with the money to make the interest payments to the preferred shareholders.

Perhaps that is the reason for the up-coming secondary, pay the interest to the preferred holders. Might that have been used as a stick to get them to convert, no conversion no money to make the payments. So now they get to convert to a hire interest rate, ML (or is it Morgan Stanley) gets to underwrite a secondary, and the preferred holders still get a convertable discount. Everyone is happy and making money, except the suckers buying their common that is.

Boy I wish I could sell paper like that. Still no takers on my Space Shuttle offering<gg>.
