I've been trading with that trend for a couple weeks via DUG. The SPDR was a rare gov't intervention that worked my way, for a day at least. I decided this oil down trend would play out this year because of the US rolling back into recession and because I expect the dollar to have some legs for a while. Feeble, Daddy-Long-Legs spider legs, but legs nevertheless.
