Hello Marlin:
Ref:IQ site

Click File and upgrade. There is an upgrade as of today.
Click Chart: ADD today's Data. Click on extreme right with in the window, you will see today's prices open ,low, etc. On the bottom of the screen as of that point in time (delayed)
Click Chart and Linear Regression
Click Indicator: DMI: Shows +DI -DI ADX
Click Stochastics, RSI, Volume etc.

My criteria for a buy:
IF +DI is above -DI, and ADX is 30 and more, I consider that stock for a buy.
Look at the RSI: If pointing up in the range 30-70, consider a buy
(If RSI is pointing down and below 50, consider a sell.)
Stochastics: rising from below 20 or 30 or so.
Look at the candlesticks for Inverted Hammer, Morning Doji Star, Bullish Harami, Bullish Harami Cross etc for a buy.
I apologize for being redundant, if you are familiar with these criteria. Your input, comments and corrections are welcome.

I use Mswin - Equis - for serious charting in the evening

More later.

Paul
