World have different degrees of political maturity. Advanced countries have taken advantage of that to advance their wealth gain.

Now other countries are fast gaining on the advanced economies.

Advanced economies ran out of countries in the low degree of maturity to take advantage.

Worse, advanced economies are not geared for a worked where other countries actually compete with them. That because they were used to run an action among friends during Bretton Woods rule.
