You realize the Supreme Court wasn't making a scientific judgment, merely a legal one.

When I first heard of the theory that GHG's would change the earth's climate significantly, it seemed reasonable. It took years to learn more details. It is fact that the CAGW theory rests on models which assume big positive feedbacks to supply most of the warming. Its also a fact that the same models have a poor forecasting record. The dean of climate modeling, James Hansen, is on record as saying in 1998 that Manhattan's west side highway would be under water in 20 years. For decades, elite scientists who make predictions of impending doom are have proven themselves to be excellent contrary indicators.
