If you wouldn't mind, could you share the email with me. I have a position that I have recently added to, given the depressed price. This would help me decide if this is to be a short or long term hold. I spoke with company today, and they said the quarterly filing is in the hands of their lawyers, said that they are making positive progress with respect to litigation, and wouldn't say much more other than that the filing should have a positive impact on share price.
All I know is this one is very cyclical, and seems ready for another run, volume may be indicative of accumulation, maybe wishful thinking on my part.
