Perhaps a more constructive way to resolve the restatement issues which
caused the abundance of frivolous law suits is for the company to seriously
consider issuing warrants to stockholders of record on October 20, based on
the prevailing price. Something like one warrant for every five or 10 shares
held and expiring say 2 or 3 years from now (and at no cost to the shareholder).

This would be much more acceptable to the shareholders, would avoid expensive
ligitation and lawyer fees, and represents no out-of-pocket expense for the
company.

If there would need to be a vote for such a proposal I, for one, would
be for it.

Just a thought.
