You don't have to worry about avoiding low taxes in Canada. Just register a shell company in the British Virgin Islands and own all your Canadian business assets via that corporate entity. Any cash generated is immediately liberated and 100% tax free. A friend of mine just came back from the Caymans and said there is more Canadian politicians frolicking on the beach than in Ottawa.
