Just had a conversation with a friend who is in South Florida. South Americans, especially Brazilians, are buying up the place. Their currency is high. Expensive Florida condos to them are bargains.

I think that if we will get a bout of hyperinflation - I mean, like in $75+ for a sixpack of Bud type of an event - the best thing is NOT to sell anything for any money. If you were lucky enough to be in anything that has value, try to sit it out. Realistic prices will come back.
