There's something about this stock that really bugs you, isn't there?

To tell the truth, I have not thought about it much nor have I spoken with Hagen since September or before, except for once briefly a week or two ago. I have not looked at insider activity or anything else.

When I did speak to him, he mentioned that there was more data the NASD was requesting before the listing would go thru. I don't remember what it was.

As far as why Dave sold stock, I do not know.

Now that I'm looking at the stock, if one can possibly apply T/A to a stock as manipulated as this, it looks like it's in such a compressed range that something has to give one way or the other in the near term. If this turns out not to be the case, such is life.

I have no idea what was said at the annual meeting....I rever read nor listened to any transcripts. In any event, if Dave sold over a quarter of a million dollars worth of stock I imagine he will be able to buy a new calculator.

Sorry if this message seems to jump around....I've been interrupted several times.
