It's a pyramid scheme, IMHO. You keep getting new money by promising higher returns, then pay the first investors with the new cash. Until you generate "real" new cash, you have to keep getting new investors.

I don't exactly see a short squeeze. This may just take longer than we thought. Sooner or later, the emperor will be feeling a draft. Did you notice how the new convertible's terms don't seem to be very clear? The hammer could drop at any time.
