a wonder of Twitter: right now a young Muslim Egyptian-American woman is visiting Egypt and going on about her aunts and 'family stories' and getting fed a lot. I have 5 aunts. turns out she has ten. But we are totally connecting on the aunts and food and family stuff. She's the American woman, not cover her head - is all indepentent... I was the lesbian tattooed one visiting my country AL aunts... connections. My aunts partly opened up about other things and with their own children because of their love for me. Sounds like hers are doing the same. Aunts rock.
