Robert,
As much as I appreciate the info you provide and would
like the stock to go up, I feel your comments are hopelessly
optimistic. From all I can see LGE is fleecing ZE, using its
technology to fill its pockets. Here are two stories today that
seem to support my suspicions.

biz.yahoo.com

The way I see it, LGE will be using ZE's technology and in return
ZE may get paltry royalty. It seems more of a parasitic relationship
than "strategic relationship". Dominated by LGE cronies, I wonder
if anybody at ZE is working for ZE's interest.

Here another's story. Worse, there's no mention of ZE.

biz.yahoo.com

Also while the estimated future ervenues for ZE that you are
projecting are impressive, I would appreciate the basis of
your calculations. For all I can see the only sure thing is
that royalty from HDTV technology. Is it mentioned anywhere
as to what the royalty will be or if ZE gets any royalty at all?

Also what is the source of the info that ZE will be the first
to get LGE's chips and technology or at a lower price. For all
we know LGE might extract more from ZE. After all nobody at ZE
is expected to object as a majority of the board is LGE people.
I think the only hope for ZE is active shareholder involvement.

Robert, could you enlighten us as to what recourse is
available to the shareholders if they feel that LGE is misusing
its majority stake in ZE.

Sorry for being the devil's advocate. I would love to be proved
wrong.

Thanks,
Kalyan
