When the WH invites you, you pretty much have to show up. So, I don't blame them, although there are definitely corrupt people in that group.

But you would never have had something like this happen under GWB. Just would NOT have happened. Hell, even Nixon might have had second thoughts about this kind of corrupt behavior.
