Sam - Japan? 1. Felt a tradeable bottom was forming. 2. Believed this package would have teeth. 3. Dumb luck. If I had time I could go on for 5 pages. Relative currency and trade levels, yields - opportunity for yen/dollar carries, Friday's move toward 6% on the long bond. Truth is, I started with an instinct and found evidence to back it up. After 16 years at least I am honest with myself. I also haven't made anything - EWJ up 1/2 from my cost. HWP is today's star attraction. td
