That's Chicago where they are prohibited. I would get an arsenal pretty quick if I were a Peoria resident. And where were the cops? I don't think police budgets have ever been higher.


My reference was to carrying. Illinois is one of two states, Wisconsin being the other, that does not issue carry permits. The Wisconsin legislature just passed a bill to permit concealed carry and the Governor is expected to sign it.

If the goblins don't know if you're carrying a weapon, they're more inclined to leave you alone.
