Nothing could be further from the truth with regards to my views, and I'm surprised that you thought that, Gersh. In fact, I am a very strong advocate for self-defense and the defense of one's property.

Victims who defend themselves, their loved ones, and their property should be lauded and their actions portrayed as good examples that are worthy of emulation.

Those who pass laws, enforce laws, and interpret laws on behalf of violent criminals are radical left-wing political activists who value the well-being of thugs above the safety and well-being of their innocent victims.

Ergo, if you engaged a violent criminal to protect yourself, your loved ones, and your property, I applaud you for it.

Let me be clear about my views... I think that those who perpetrate unprovoked homicide, forcible rape, unprovoked assault, unprovoked battery, and outright theft should be sentenced to capital punishment. I don't think that the criminals who In fact, they function as a great threat to civilization. Perhaps with theft, provided that it was not violent, they could receive a lengthy prison sentence for first offense, followed by capital punishment on the second offense.

Regarding the assault and battery cases, if you and I have an argument over cannabis in the United States, for example, and you punch me, I definitely do not think you should receive capital punishment for that. That's a case of a mutual argument that became violent. That type of incident can be hashed out in civil court.

In contrast, if a blind woman is sitting on a bus minding her own business and a thug boards the bus and begins assaulting her for no reason, I absolutely think he should be executed.

The perpetrator in the video below is indicative of the type of assault and battery case that should result in a sentence of capital punishment for thug... and I would want the same punishment for a White man who did that to a Black woman.
