Sensitivity to changes in CO2 is much higher than water and again I'll repeat that Water Vapour is a FEEDBACK of higher CO2 levels. That is to say, CO2 causes warming, which causes more water vapour (i.e. higher vapour pressure). This is simple science, which you deny.
