With market up again (Dow +145), I continued to buy stocks that look attractive to me:

BK: continuing to add small as stock falls

BRC: steady-eddie industrial stock (labels, id's) that has a very good history (25 yrs) of increasing dividends. Book value growth has slowed, and now p/stated bv is relatively low; roe remains low. Company's past history and business give me some assurance that it ought to be able to at least continue its performance, albeit that the performance has been mediocre the past few years. Okay with me though for a small buy in a diversified portfolio.

MPW: Added back a few shares now of this healthcare reit as stock has dropped from highs.

ARCC: Upped my position in this bdc

UFCS: Upped my few shares of this insurer a little.

OFC: Commercial property reit. Stock near 12-mo low. I've liked GOV (reit specializing in leasing to government entities), and I believe I'll like OFC which also specializes in leasing to government (fed) and government contractors. Apparently also has some data centers. Presentation is here:
Company recently completed issuance of more shares, so that is now behind them. I'm in for a few shares a/o today; I may build an actual position in this one.
June presentation is here: phx.corporate-ir.net

ABH: Added more shares this afternoon.

RCKHF: In for a Vegas few dollar speculation that the company might produce oil in the Falklands. Or that other gamblers will believe the company might and so bid the stock higher.
