I went back to the SS office today to clear up the federal fraud charge against me. Seems like I paid $6,890 TOO MUCH in taxes so I was defrauding the government. They wanted proof that I had filed a 1040 for 2010 and paid the taxes. Seems like my CPA had added on SS tax after I had retired so when I said I was retired, that was fraud. I had gone to my CPA and filed an amended X1040 both electronically and hard copy.

I had also gone to the IRS and got a copy of my return plus what I had paid. SS had wanted the canceled checks, not copies and banks don't do that without lawyers involved. I handed her the two documents with the white on black heading

Internal Revenue Service
Department of the Treasury U.S. Government.

She tells me I must have stolen the official paper and forged the documents. Holy shit!! Now I have respect as Hillary Clinton couldn't have pulled that off. So she calls the IRS and they say I was there and they send her a fax of what I gave her. Line by line she goes through it all even though one line is all that matters. Then she gets my amended X1040 and compares that to what I had showed her.

I think it's over now.

Side note, I have walked past 3 federal security officers with a knife on my belt. They think the case is a cell phone.
