LOL...I know, look at all the 5yr shipping charts. GNK, EGLE, NM, EXM, DSX, DRYS, SB etc.... ...you think there isn't something wrong with the world?<g> You have any idea how much it's going to cost to build new homes in the future? Houses are still the best hedge against inflation even with this market industry and commodity manipulation....maybe, I need to price my house in diamonds or some other form of paperless barter?<g>
