Daltoso highlights: Demand is strong (20% +) Japan on plan (is an investment) No bad news vis-a-vis Asian crisis (implied, not stated) Web sales/customer interaction very important Will see about Apple direct/indirect channel selling Likes Microsoft IE 4.0 :) Microsoft creates no business problem for MUEI (ref antitrust action) Generally upbeat. B. Francis' questions not great. No other big news i can recall.
