I am only an investor and have no clue to whom the Rule 144 Legend shares are issued. I only started this public count of RMIL shares to confirm my belief that many more shares were (are) in the RMIL market than are suppose to be here. Send those NASD & Brokerage letters... RG PS. Great news Pugs... Everyone needs to do the same thing!
