I've been on here less than a year: made up my mind to post quarterly results of my yield on cost and my current yield on market value. First results: yield on cost 6.029% :yield on market value 5.65%. If this will enable anyone to compare their numbers to mine to see where you are then great. If anyone would like to pm me and send me their results I will keep track of your numbers quarterly, compile the results and come up with thread averages .I am very interested in how our yields on cost will increase over time. I will post results on a quarterly and annual basis. Gregor.
