GE would have to where-with-all and connections to move on and assimilate any ongoing projects, so maybe some good will come of it all.

The internal strife and apparent internal disintegration of APWR from within is a different problem. It wil be interesting to see if they can salvage it, or it gets divided up among some Chinese generals and politicos - like oil companies in the CCCP.
